It’s the weekend!  It’s freaking hot, too!  And there is nothing better in the summer than something, cold, creamy, and delicious.  Here’s the recipe for one of my favorite classic drinks, a Mudslide.  Oh sure, you can buy it already prepared but I think it’s not as sweet when you make it yourself, which is just the way I like ‘em. 

Mudslide

1 1/2 measures Kahlua
1 1/2 measures Baileys Irish Cream
1 1/2 measures vodka
cracked ice cubes

Shake the Kahlua, Baileys and vodka over ice until well frosted.  Strain into a chilled glass.  Kick back and enjoy.
