[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]BON JOVI[/lastfm] guitarist RICHIE SAMBORA is checking himself into rehab.

RadarOnline.com says he will be treated for alcoholism and general exhaustion. However, Bon Jovi is set to continue its tour tomorrow night in New Orleans.

The band’s official website says (quote), “Our support for Richie is absolute. He is, and will remain, a member of Bon Jovi. Although he will be absent from upcoming shows for the time being, we very much look forward to his healthy return. In the meantime, we will keep our commitment to our fans and continue our tour.”

So, the tour will go on, without Richie. No word on who will be replacing him on stage. ~JZ.
