Meet Jasper!

Jasper is an affectionate but shy 1 ½ year old boy who was abandoned outside a store in a metal box back in January. There was a note attached stating that he is housebroken and friendly but his owner could no longer care for him. Jasper loves attention and he gets along great with other dogs. He is neutered, kennel trained, and up to date on vaccinations. Jasper’s dream is to be adopted and belong to a family again.
