[lastfm link_type="artist_info"]BOB SEGER & THE SILVER BULLET BAND[/lastfm] are headed back out on the road this fall, and yes, North Texas is on the trip:

Bob and the band are set to go coast-to-coast with stops in New York, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Tampa Bay, Orlando, Dallas, Denver, San Francisco and Vancouver. Exact dates and locations will be announced soon.

From the Detroit Free Press: before the tour started in March, Seger had fretted about his energy and endurance, and said the spring shows could be his last. By May, he said he’d been buoyed by the enthusiastic crowds — more than 350,000 total ticket buyers — and was considering a fall leg.

“The audience responses have just been nuts,” he told the Free Press. “It makes you think you should finish what you started.”

And this Fall tour could be the final wrap for Bob.  The Detroit rocker will presumably schedule more hometown dates to go with his three May shows at the Palace, in what he has said could be the final tour of his career.

Whatever Dallas date, and whatever venue, DO NOT MISS THIS SHOW.

Bob is notorious for selling tickets like lightning, so be the early bird on this one.
