The family of the late [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Ricky Nelson[/lastfm] is suing Capitol Records for underpayment of royalties.
From the Courthouse News Service: the family also alleges that the company — which owns the assets of Nelson’s longtime label Imperial Records — are preventing independent auditors from investigating the situation.
Nelson, who had 53 Top 100 singles, 20 of which went Top 10, died in a 1985 plane crash. He was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame two years later. ~JZ.

why do people have to screw up a good thing . Give the family what is theirs and allow the Ricky Nelson music to be played . There will never be anyone that will compare to him and the feeling he put into his music
