They will hold a 50th anniversary celebration in 2012.

Co-founders[lastfm link_type="artist_info"] Brian Wilson[/lastfm], [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Mike Love[/lastfm] and[lastfm link_type="artist_info"] Al Jardine[/lastfm] and key ’60s members [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Bruce Johnston[/lastfm], and [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]David Marks[/lastfm] will come together for a new studio album and a series of classic re-issues from Capitol/EMI.

And they’ll kick off a 50-date international tour when they headline the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival in April.
