Spector’s attorney Dennis Riordan is arguing his client’s constitutional rights were violated by trial Judge Larry Paul Fidler, who he alleges became a witness for the prosecution when he offered his opinion on an expert’s testimony. Spector is serving 19 years to life for second-degree murder in the death of actress [lastfm link_type="artist_info"]Lana Clarkson[/lastfm].
