The Olympics are a big deal. And McDonald’s looked to be a big part of the games this Summer. So big in fact they built the world’s largest McDonald’s inside the Olympic Park.
The 32,292 square foot facility is scheduled to open July 28th, one day after the opening ceremonies in London. It will only hold the title of largest McDonald’s for a little while. The restaurant will be torn down after the games conclude.
It seats 1,500 people and has a staff of 500 ready to serve as many Big Macs as the Olympics can handle.
