The two story House of Blue Dallas in Victory Park has landed on the market for nearly $18 Million. That is down from last years asking price of $18.5. The 61,876-square-foot building was listed by Marcus & Millichap Real Estate for $17.9 Million.

The building is owned by a European fund and leased to the Live Nation Entertainment Inc. A new lease amendment with a 15-year term extension has been secured according to Live Nation.

The building was built in the 1920′s and used to be a coffee processing plant for the White Swan company.

The House of Blues Dallas won’t be going anywhere any time soon. It is the number 2 venue for Live Nation.
