So, you’ve decided to take the last of the Thanksgiving Day leftovers out of the freezer this weekend, let’s see what some of the teams will be eating…

MINNESOTA AT GREEN BAY

The Yum Kitchen and Bakery in Minnesota suggests making a Thanksgiving pizza with your leftovers.  Just top a pizza crust  with mashed potatoes spread thin, gravy, diced turkey, corn and mozzarella cheese. Pop it in the oven for a couple minutes to heat through, serve and enjoy…  Sounds like something you’d find at the bottom of your garbage can…like Minnesota.

Green Bay wins!!!

CLEVELAND AT OAKLAND

A chef in Cleveland suggests using leftover stuffing and turkey by adding it to a dish they eat there called sauerkraut balls… which, sounds like something that needs to be topped off with a sprinkling of Gold Bond.

Oakland wins!!

PHILADELPHIA AT DALLAS

You know what they use Thanksgiving leftovers for in Philadelphia?  To make something called scrapple.  Scrapple is typically made of hog offal, such as the head, often the entire head, heart, liver, and on Sunday you can add the spleen of Eagles quarterback Nick Foles .
