San Francisco Is Banning Chocolate Milk In School

Legislators have been working to eliminate unhealthy menu items from school cafeterias for years. Now, educational leaders in San Francisco have turned their crosshairs to chocolate milk. They’ve decided to ban the drink in all elementary and middle schools this fall. They’re even banning chocolate milk in high schools starting in the spring.

Sure, schools should offer healthy food, but chocolate milk is a sacred part of elementary school. But sadly times are a changing…
